This is an invitation to be part of creating the prototype of the first gathering for a new community of soul- & heart-centered creators and changemakers.

We gather for five days to inspire and learn from each other and our work, in order to deepen our own commitment to the mission we’re on, and to gain new perspectives on how we create and contribute in this world. This is an opportunity and invitation to level up yourself, and the impact of your work.

This gathering is for you who:

  • longs to expand and deepen your sense of purpose & meaning, and the vitality and aliveness that comes with waking up with a clear mission in life.

What is Spark Changemakers?

This is a 5 day residential, participatory heart- and soul-centered Mastermind gathering focusing on the purpose and impact of our work. Our home for this week is the beautiful private island Ekskäret in the archipelago outside Stockholm. But this is also a community that far extends the gathering. This will become a group of likeminded changemakers for support, inspiration and celebration.

During the gathering, there will be a dedicated co-working space for when you just need to get things done, but the real magic happens in the workshops and co-created activities.

    Based on many years of building community and designing programs and gatherings, we have designed an over-arching program to facilitate the emergence of our collective intelligence and experience, combined with community-building activities and other offerings hosted by participants. Most of the content will be participatory and interactive workshops and very little will be talks or transmissions.

    The group will be carefully curated and each gathering's focus will be adapted to the needs of the participants.

    Why is this important?

    The world is stuck in a loop of self-destructive patterns. To evolve out of it, we need to fundamentally shift our perspective and grow aware of our conditioning and limitations. We need to redefine the self from the lens of being part of a bigger puzzle. Turn the illusion of disconnection into connection, within ourselves, to others, and the whole (planet/nature).

    We are all co-creators of the world that is emerging, we all have our roles to play in the formation of an ever-evolving humanity and society.

    The time is now. 

    This gathering aims to help more people make this crucial shift of perspective and to inspire and empower us to be even stronger agents of positive change in the world we are creating together. 

    This is a calling to gather empowered changemakers into powerful community. A calling to support and strengthen each other, to help each other remember and reconnect with why we are here. 

    Ultimately, it is a calling to fuel our hearts with purpose and connection. To blow that glowing ember inside of us into a flaming fire. 🔥

    The Location

    Our home for the gathering is a private island in the outer archipelago of Stockholm. It's a very special place where only gatherings and trainings supporting inner growth and consciousness development take place. Owned and run by the non-profit foundation Ekskäret, other initiatives that call this island home includes The Inner Development Goals, Elevate, 29k Foundation, Protus and Emerge Project Lakefront.

    The modern facilities are built in a way that both blends into nature and makes it feel like you are fully immersed in nature, even when inside. There's a beautiful trail circumnavigating the island and it takes about 10min to walk around it. There's an electric sauna, a larger wood-fired sauna, two beaches and a bonfire place, a tipi tent, viewing tower, beautiful cliffs, thriving forest, and much more! 

    We think it's one of the most beautiful and special places in the world, and we are very excited to share it with you, and grateful that we get to have our gathering here.

    What's included?

    • A well-designed arch of program and experience (with content partly created together as the first prototype)

    Spark Fundamentals

    • WHEN is it? Tuesday Sept 9 - Saturday Sept 13, 2025.
    • WHERE? On the private Ekskäret island in the Stockholm Archipelago.
    • HOW MANY will we be? There's a maximum capacity of 20 participants. 
    • WHO will be there? A thoughtfully curated mix of changemakers within different fields. 
    • ACCOMMODATION: You will have your own private bedroom.
    • What's my INVESTMENT? 
      • Since it's the first prototype, we invite you to be part of creating the foundations of these gatherings with us at self-cost:
      • Price: 10 500 SEK (excl. VAT)  6 500 SEK (excl. VAT)
    • TIMELINE:
      • Last date to APPLY June 30th, 2025.
      • Group will be selected by July 5th.
      • Virtual kick-off July 17th, 16.00-17.00 CET.
    • What LANGUAGE is spoken? English is spoken as the default language
    • What about FOOD?
      Delicious and nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and sweet treats) will be carefully prepared for you by a professional chef, to nourish both body and soul and fuel your energy throughout the event. All meals will be vegetarian.
    • What's the SCHEDULE like?
      The days flow through a thoughtfully and well designed arch of a program. The days will be a mix of facilitated workshops, activities shared and hosted by participants, experiences held by the Elders of the island, and fun group-bonding activities. There will also be a co-working space available during work hours, for you to either work on your own or co-work / brainstorm with others. The content of the workshops will be adapted somewhat based on the participants. Example of schedule.
    • All participants are also CO-CREATORS of the gathering in terms of the culture we create between us, but also the expertise we bring with us. Together we are the gathering. You will be encouraged to share your knowledge, experience and talents.
    • We celebrate DIVERSITY and welcome co-creators of all ages, genders, cultures and backgrounds.
    • This gathering is SOBER. No alcohol or drugs are allowed.
    • This is a gathering where profound, TRANSFORMATIONAL SHIFTS have the potential to occur. Approach this experience with an open mind and from a state that allows you to engage with and process any such changes.
    • We understand that plans can change. If CANCELLATION is made before August 9, a full refund will be issued. After this period, no refunds will be given. If there are fewer than 15 participants the gathering will be postponed and the ticket fee will be refunded. The reason for this is that a certain group size is necessary to create the experience and group dynamic that the retreat is intended to offer.

Since then she has held a key role in the Inner Development Goals core team as Volunteer lead and in People & Culture. She is also lead on events & operations at Emerge Lakefront – a changemaker residency for inner growth and global impact. She is passionate about creating kind, curious, authentic, and vulnerable spaces to build communities that support individual growth and collective transformation.

    After an international career in corporate business, Philip built Relate, a conscious dating tech company, for six years as co-founder and CEO. While building Relate, he lived and co-created the K9 co-living community, sparking his passion for the transformative power of community. He lead the creation of the Elevate gatherings and is today one of the co-initiators of the Emerge Lakefront Project, as well as host and co-initiator of the IDG Ambassador Program trainings.
